Password Complexity Rules
We employ password complexity rules that must be adhered to when changing your password. They are as follows:
- Must be a minimum of 8 characters long
- Passwords must contain characters from three of the following five categories:
- Uppercase characters of European languages (A through Z, with diacritic marks, Greek and Cyrillic characters)
- Lowercase characters of European languages (a through z, sharp-s, with diacritic marks, Greek and Cyrillic characters)
- Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
- Nonalphanumeric characters: ~!@#$%^&*_-+=`|\(){}[]:;”‘<>,.?/
- Any Unicode character that is categorized as an alphabetic character but is not uppercase or lowercase. This includes Unicode characters from Asian languages.
- May not contain any part of your Full Name
Account Lockout Policy
For your security we have an Account Lockout Policy. In the event you or someone attempts to login with the incorrect credentials too many times your account will become locked. During the time your account is Locked out you will be unable to login even if you supply the correct credentials.
Most account lock outs occur because you recently changed your password, and one or more devices have the old one stored. We recommend that when changing your password make sure you have all of your devices handy so that you can change the password on all of them.
