Welcome to the OC Cloud 9 Help Center. This page is designed to help our clients learn more about how to use the many features of our Cloud Email Protection Service. This feature should be viewed as gatekeeper to block spam and phishing emails from arriving in your Inbox. Cybercriminals are just waiting for an opportunity to get their hands on your data. This is an extra layer of security that we offer to our clients. We recommend all users get familiar with using Cloud Email Protection from the very start of service with OC Cloud9.
Cloud Email Protection is our Anti-Spam system Included with Cloud Exchange Mail. It is also available to organizations that do not use our Cloud Exchange Mail system.

By default the system will send you a list off all emails quarantined from the previous day. It will send that at 10:00 am every day if an email has been quarantined.

To release an email before your next Quarantine Digest is delivered, or if you disabled the Quarantine Digest, you can log into the Cloud Email Protection portal and search your logs for the email to release.

Absolutely! You’ll need to log into the Cloud Email Protection Portal to adjust your settings. More on how to adjust those settings can be found in this Help Center Article: https://www.occloud9.com/help-center/article/104779/
Some organizations may not allow their users to adjust their own spam settings. In this case you will need to contact support.
