Password Change

In order to change the password on your Hosted Exchange Email account please follow the instructions below.

Password Change Step-By-Step
  1. Navigate to https://owa.occloud9.com and login with your Email address as your user name and your current password
  2. From the Inbox view locate the “Options” menu in the upper right hand corner and click on it
  3. In the options menu locate the “Change Your Password Option” and click on it
  4. In the Change Password Window enter your current password and your new password twice and click Save
  5. A successful password change will prompt you to return to the login window and login with the new password
  6. Login with your new password
  7. Upon login you may return to the Change Password window.  Click on “My Mail” to return to your Inbox. Your password is now Changed

After completing these steps you will need close and re-open Outlook as well as update your password on any Mobile device connected to your mailbox

Password Complexity Rules

For security of your mailbox we have a few password complexity rules that must be adhered to when changing your password.  Failure to do so will result in an error during the password change process.  They are as follows

  • Must be a minimum of 8 characters long
  • Must contain 3 or more of the following character groups
    • An Upper Case Letter
    • A Lower Case Letter
    • A Number
    • An Extended Character. Such as ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( )
