Candidate will be providing remote support for clients ranging from basic desktop support to enterprise cloud support. Working at our Tech Repair Center, candidate would troubleshoot and repair computers, servers, desktops and laptops (including PC’s and Macs). Repair work would include: Data Recovery, Motherboard replacements, OS installs, and varying levels of disassembling and system builds. Candidate will additionally be required to work with clients remotely and on-site to resolve various IT issues.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Providing Remote Support for clients
  • Performing Server, Desktop and Laptop Diagnosis and Repair
  • Providing Onsite/Remote Technical Support to clients with varying IT Infrastructures
  • Maintaining and updating Tickets related to job using ticketing system

Qualifications Required:

  • Microsoft or A+ Certified
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and co-workers
  • Ability to multitask repair jobs
  • Capable of providing follow up with Team and Clients both verbally and electronically
  • Being punctual and accountable for work
  • Capable of updating all jobs in company help desk system
  • Must be capable of properly managing time and repair tasks

Other Requirements:

  • All Candidates are subject to a background check and pre-employment drug screen
  • Must Possess Valid California Driver’s License and Proof of Auto Insurance
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience with hardware/software required
  • Must be capable of driving to on-site appointments within Orange County
